We want you to love your MESHKI pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your parcel at any authorized UK courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
